FAQ

  • Do you offer delivery?

Possibly. In some cases we can deliver depending on the day and time of the order as well as delivery location. Cost would depend on miles and gas but a basic starting rate would be a minimum $20 delivery fee.

  • Do you make custom cakes?

Yes. We can make custom cakes. Any designs must be doable with buttercream frosting, as we do not specialize in fondant, gum paste, or other types of modeling. We are more then happy to receive inspiration photos. However, we will not recreate the exact cake out of respect for the original artist.

  • Do you offer other flavors or fillings for cakes?

Yes. We can make custom cake flavors with an arrangement of flavors. Our available flavors are listed on our menu page. If there is another flavor you would like, please ask and we can try to accommodate. We ask that you understand some fillings and flavors may not be in compliance under the cottage food laws we must adhere to. Don’t be afraid to contact us if you have any questions regarding flavors and fillings outside of the ones we currently offer.

  • What seasonal items do you offer?

We offer lots of limited time only items in the different seasons. This fall, you can look forward to pumpkin cookies and caramel apple cookies coming to our cookie menu. As for sweet rolls, we will have a apple cider cinnamon roll. As for the month of October we will offer cookie monster cookies and double chocolate midnight cookies. As for winter, we will offer holiday cookie boxes containing gingerbread, jam thumbprints, frosted sugar cookies, red velvet cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and the classic peanut butter blossoms.

  • When and where can I pick up my order?

Pick up will be communicated on a case by case basis when the order is placed. Our current available days for pickup are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but we may be able to accommodate other times depending on the week and season.

  • How long in advance do I need to place an order?

We ask for a minimum of three days in advance, but a week or more is much more preferable. The more time in advance, the better we can be prepared to make your cake exactly as you have envisioned.
