It was my dream since I was a little girl to open a bakery. It was only necessary that my days in the kitchen started very early on. I graduated from Auguste Escoffier Culinary School Boulder in 2020 receiving my Associates in Culinary and have been immersed in the baking world since.

For the last five years I have spent time as a cake decorator and baker for local family owned bakeries, here in Loveland and in Longmont, as well as large scale, corporate bakeries.

Now, my dreams are becoming true as this small Cottage Bakery begins to grow. It is an honor for me to be able to share with you joy and happiness through baking. I love being able to use my skills with baking and pastry to benefit the community.
